A study with me website: the Inka writing app
A study-with-me website usually means a video of another person at a desk. The Inka writing app is the version where you are the person. There is a room, a timer, and your own page. Nobody else is on screen.
What you will not find
No face cam, no chat, no leaderboard, and no K-pop or anime stream hosted by Inka. If you wanted company, a video on another site is the honest answer. Inka will not fake a person sitting beside you.
There is also no to-do list in the timer. The screen is the work you brought.
What the room does instead
Open Study, pick a look and a length, and the room changes around the page. Looks are Flip, Candle, Ring, Hourglass, LED, and Vinyl. The look is not locked. The length is: 15 and 25 minutes are free, and so is an open-ended timer and any custom length up to 25. The 50-minute preset, and anything over 25, is Pro.
When a block ends, a break panel offers 5, 10, or 30 minutes, and the screen can move to a quieter Waiting Room, then bring you back. A block keeps counting if you leave the study screen to write. The dock shows the time remaining.

How to run a study hour
- Pick a room you will not fiddle with. Cozy Rain Room or Ink Room.
- Turn on one sound.
- Open Study, choose a look, choose 25 minutes, and start. The second tap is what opens the room. Nothing is pre-selected for you.
- Do the work on the page, or in the book beside the keyboard. The timer does not know the difference.
Wide screens can put the page in a column and a YouTube video behind it, for notes on a lecture. Pasting that YouTube link is Pro. It is still not a study-with-me host. It is your link.
Questions
Is there a person studying on screen?
No. The room is scenery. You are the one working.
Is the timer free?
Up to 25 minutes, and an open-ended timer, yes. Over 25 minutes, including 50, is Pro.
Can I use it for reading, not writing?
Yes. The page can sit empty. The timer and the sound do not require words, though the app is built to keep a draft.
Does repeat keep going if I close the study screen?
A running block keeps counting. Repeat-with-breaks continues while you stay in the room. Leaving the study session is what stops the cycle.
