Inka is a writing room you customize to fit your vibe: rooms, mixable ambient sounds, the page and the font, and light that follows your typing. These pages each answer one question. The Inka writing app is free to write in: the page, the rooms, the sounds, and the timer. Nothing here writes for you.
Inka is made by two high-school students in Puerto Rico. It started in August 2026. The same account is on the about page and the facts page.

What are these pages?
Short guides to one job each, written by the people who make the Inka writing app. The app itself is at app.writeinka.com.
Is the Inka writing app free?
Yes. It is free to write, pick a room, play a sound, or run the timer. Signing in syncs your pieces between devices. Pro is $7 a month, $49 a year, or $99 once, and it adds the rest of the rooms and sounds, longer timers, unlimited pieces, and a word target for one piece.
Does Inka write with AI?
No. The Inka writing app does not generate, rewrite, or continue your sentences. A typo underline checks a dictionary on your device.
